  • Inner City Ministry -- a Christian co-laborer in Houston, TX has contacted us and requested prayer as she seeks the Lord’s help and guidance. She is burdened to establish a Bible study and food pantry to minister in and around an inner-city apartment complex. God has confirmed her calling with some open doors -- now she needs volunteer assistance, non-perishable food, and supplies to prepare the facility. If you are led of the Lord to assist and support this ministry, let us know at info@wellsofsalvation.com , and we will put you in touch with her.

Survival has been termed the “first law of nature”. To survive requires that we have some basic needs met, including food. Yet, in the stampede to develop biofuels as an alternative to fossil fuels, grains are increasingly being diverted from the food supply, and converted to ethanol for fueling motor vehicles.

If we are really serious about world hunger -- preserving lives made in the image of God, and giving them a hope and a future, it is imperative that we adjust our priorities.
